Sertac Tasdelen Art Initiative is a contemporary art fund/collection launched in January 2022 to promote art in our society, highlighting and supporting young artists.
Sertac Tasdelen Special Collection (2022+)
At the heart of our initiative is the contemporary art collection that we launched in January 2022, which will be presented to the public, preserved and enhanced through exhibitions and digital access opportunities.
The works in the collection will also continue to be borrowed by the world's leading art institutions and will be presented to the audience in exhibitions held in different geographies. The collection will include works produced in a variety of media such as painting, sculpture, photography, video and film, installation, sound, light and performance.
Since the collection focuses on explaining the development of contemporary art, art production in Turkey and the neighboring geography will be discussed in a broad sense in an international dialogue.
Current artists in the Sertaç Taşdelen Private Collection are: Ayşe Uluçay, Ahmet Doğu İpek, Ayşe Gül Süter, Günnur Özsoy, Mehtap Baydu, Yaşam Şaşmazer, Metin Alper Kurt, Candas Sisman, Çağla Köseoğulları and Selçuk Artut.
